METHOD Wash and de-seed all fruit. Crush up ice cubes if large and add a splash of water if needed. Blend well for 2 minutes until all fruit and ice is of a smooth texture. Enjoy!

TIP: You may need to add a splash of water to each smoothie depending on how dense the shake is. Why not add coconut water instead for extra electrolytes and hydration.
