Granola bars

Makes 12 bars

  • 500g Cricket Hop Co. granola
  • 2tbs honey
  • 3tbs coconut oil
  • 3tbs sunflower seeds
  • 1tbs flax seeds
  • 3tbs pumpkin seeds
  • 2tbs white sesame seeds
  • 2tbs chia seeds

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and bind together. Grease a non stick cake tin and pack down the mix. Cling wrap and leave in fridge for 2 hours. Turn out onto a chopping board and cut into desired cubes.
