Cricket hop granola

Add all fruit and nuts into a food processor and rough blend. Set aside.

Turn on the oven to 200c and place oats in a roasting tray, dust sugar and cinnamon, chia seed and mix. Then drizzle with honey and roast in the oven turning occasionally until golden. Remove and allow to cool before adding fruit.

To serve add chosen milk or yogurt, a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit. You can also soak it in coconut water over night to make it into a Bircher muesli. Your granola mix will keep up to 3 months in an air tight container.

TIP: You can use whichever dried fruits you have available in your pantry or locally.
