Cricket balls (Paleo friendly)
Makes 10 balls. Great for that extra boost throughout the day and when exercising or on an adventure!
Cricket balls
- 200g almonds
- 2tbs cocount oil
- 1tbs honey
- 1tbs chia seeds
- 100g semi dried banana
- scoop cricket flour
Cocao balls
- 70g nut butter
- 100g semi dried banana
- 2tbs cocount oil
- 0.5g ground cinnamon
- 20g cocao powder
- scoop cricket flour
- 1tbs chia seeds
Place all ingredients into food processor and blend well. Place in the fridge for 30 mins to stiffen. Remove from fridge, then make into (40g) balls. To finish you can roll the balls in a coating. We like to use desiccated coconut, cacao or matcha powder.
