Bircher muesli

Serves 5

  • 500g Cricket Hop Co. Granola
  • 300ml coconut water
  • 150g fresh fruit
  • bunch mint
  • 50ml honey
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 10g poppy seeds or flax
  • 300g yogurt
  • 100g compot

Method: soak granola in coconut water overnight. It will keep in fridge for up to one week. To serve place in bowl, add yogurt, a spoon of compote, drizzle of honey, fresh fruit, seeds and mint.
