Bircher muesli
Serves 5
- 500g Cricket Hop Co. Granola
- 300ml coconut water
- 150g fresh fruit
- bunch mint
- 50ml honey
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 10g poppy seeds or flax
- 300g yogurt
- 100g compot
Method: soak granola in coconut water overnight. It will keep in fridge for up to one week. To serve place in bowl, add yogurt, a spoon of compote, drizzle of honey, fresh fruit, seeds and mint.
